Import Your Collection in Seconds — Cardmarket & Collectr
Stop adding cards one by one. Paste your Cardmarket shipment directly into Byndr — or upload your Collectr CSV — and we'll match, price, and add your entire collection in one go.

You just received a package. Now what?#
You've been waiting for it. The bubble mailer lands on your desk, you tear it open, and there they are — a fresh stack of singles from Cardmarket. Maybe it's a set of One Piece pulls to round out your OP04 collection. Maybe it's a handful of chases you've been hunting for weeks.
And then comes the part nobody enjoys: logging them all in. One by one. Name by name. Price by price.
Not anymore.
Two ways to import#
Byndr now supports two import paths — pick whichever fits your workflow.
Option A — Cardmarket Import#
Built for the moment your package arrives. Instead of manually adding each card, you paste your entire order directly from the Cardmarket shipment page.
Step 1 — Paste your order
Open your Cardmarket order page, select all the rows in the shipment table, and copy them. Then head to the Collection tab in Byndr, click Import → Cardmarket, and paste. That's your only manual step.
Byndr reads the tab-separated format that Cardmarket uses natively — no reformatting, no CSV exports, no spreadsheet gymnastics required.
Step 2 — Map your columns
Byndr shows you a live preview of your first row and lets you confirm what each column represents. By default we expect the standard Cardmarket layout:
Qty → Name → Card ID → Language → Condition → Set → Rarity → Notes → Price
If your export looks different, you can reassign any column in seconds. We remember what Cardmarket typically sends, so in most cases you won't need to change a thing.
Step 3 — Review before you commit
Before a single card is saved, Byndr shows you a full preview table with every row and a status for each one:
- Ready — the card ID was recognised and is good to go
- Unmatched — the ID couldn't be resolved automatically. Click directly on it to fix in-line.
- Already owned — you already have this card. Byndr flags it so you don't create unintended duplicates.
- Duplicate — the same card appears twice in this order.
Step 4 — Confirm and watch it happen
Click Add X cards to collection. A progress bar shows exactly how many cards have been saved as Byndr works through your order. Once done, every imported card carries its Cardmarket purchase price with it.
Option B — Collectr Import#
Already tracking your collection in Collectr? You don't have to start from scratch.
Step 1 — Export from Collectr
In Collectr, go to Settings → Export → CSV. This gives you a file containing your entire collection — card numbers, set names, rarities, conditions, purchase prices, and dates.
Step 2 — Upload to Byndr
In the Collection tab, click Import → Collectr and drag your CSV file into the upload zone. Byndr parses the file immediately and shows you a preview of every card it found.
Step 3 — Preview and confirm
The preview table shows each card with its card number, set, rarity, foil status, condition, and purchase price. If your CSV contains cards from multiple TCGs, Byndr automatically filters to the ones matching your current project and marks the rest as skipped.
Step 4 — Import
Hit the import button and watch the progress bar. Byndr resolves card images from its cache for every card it recognises. For anything it can't match, it falls back to a placeholder so your collection always looks complete rather than broken.
Supported fields from Collectr: card number, name, set, rarity, foil/normal variant, condition (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG), graded cards (PSA/BGS/CGC scores), purchase price, quantity, and date added.
Why the purchase price matters#
Your collection isn't just a list of cards — it's an investment, and understanding what you paid is the foundation of understanding what it's worth.
Both import methods store the price you paid per card automatically. That feeds directly into your Card Value panel, where you can see the difference between your purchase price and the current market value over time.
Buy a card for €0.99, watch it climb to €4.50 — that's a story worth telling, and Byndr tells it for you.
Try it with your next order#
Whether your cards come from Cardmarket or you're migrating an existing Collectr library, the process takes about thirty seconds. Your collection should grow as fast as your collection does.
